? Chikei Rick Chow: Found NOT GUILTY for shooting a Black teen in the back over an alleged stolen bottle of water.
?️ Karmelo Anthony: Found GUILTY and facing 40 years for defending himself against a group of white agitators.
Shoot a Black kid over water? Innocent. Fight for your life against a mob? Caged.
Personal Reflection:
This isn’t a broken judicial system; it’s functioning exactly as designed. The courts are actively criminalizing Black survival while granting absolute immunity to those who destroy us. They will always find a legal loophole to justify the murder of our youth, but deny us the basic human right to defend our own breath.
This rising injustice is a clear message: we cannot rely on their gavel to save us. We must protect our own, build our own, and speak our unfiltered truth in our own secure spaces.
